Cartersville defeated Heritage (Conyers) 10 - 3 on a very cold Thursday night at Richard Bell field. The Canes sent 6 quality pitchers to the mound to continue to get work to hold Heritage to 3 runs.
Cartersville hitters largely took advantage of errors and walks by the pitching of Heritage. The Canes where led by RF Trey Dickson, with a 2-3 night.
Cartersville travels to Collins Hill Saturday for a 1pm start.

Don't forget another cane that is playing college baseball at Armstrong Atlantic Drew Carnes that led in homeruns two years ago before he got hurt and had rotator cuff surgery and is now on his sr year.
